Your order will ship within 2-3 business days after placing your order. Custom design orders will ship within 2-3 weeks.

We ship all packages via Canada Post, Expresspost. 

Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Dolce Amore Jewellery you may return your new, unworn jewellery within 10 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange it for another item and/or credit your account, include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return. You will be responsible for shipping charges on returns and/or exchanges. The minimum return shipping method should be: Xpress Post from Canada or FedEx ground from the United States with insurance and a signiture required. Make sure you can track your package.

Please do not indicate on Package that it contains jewelry, as this invites theft.
